Tracey Napotnik is the founder and CEO of SalonTraining.com, a new community platform for the beauty professionals.

Tracey has spent 28 years in the salon industry, 20 of those as a salon owner.

Early in her career she felt she was not making enough per hour as well as not able to coach her team the right way for their success. After she got serious about business by taken a wide variety of salon business classes, as well as others, and then implemented what she was learning, her business began to have the results she was looking for.

Tracey began wanting to help other stylist and salons grow their hourly income and began providing salons with training courses as well as hosting events.

Watching stylist grow their book, retail, productively and paychecks has been the highlight of Tracey’s career.

To grow, evolve and help others, one must never stop learning,” says Tracey. Tracey studied under Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, Brian Tracy, Geno Stampora, Inspiring Champions, and many well-known beauty industry leaders. The road to personal and professional success is never easy, but it is always worth it.

Tracey’s mission now is to help the salon industry by connecting beauty professionals to educational resources.
