I’m the CEO & Founder of ClickOnHR, a full service HR Audit & Advisory Firm.

It's incredibly tough to find HR Professionals that can present their intentions of preserving corporate compliance, employer integrity, employee morale at the same time without appearing to be 'police-ing'. Thankfully, my previous corporate careers and with the help of professional coaches, I've come a long way in being able to effectively communicate and present ideas, policies and procedures that benefit all parties while keeping organizations profitable. Most importantly, no HR action item, policy or procedure should make any management team, employee, stakeholder or board member feel like they're being handcuffed.
