Royal Lady Jennifer Elizabeth Haynes I am a native of Guyana South America, a mother of seven children and a grandmother of ten and counting, founder of the Authentic Ladies International Movement and Upper Room Style Facebook prayer and bible study , Authentic eats catering services , And grandparents on the front line International Author of the book Nurturing children God’s way alphabetical devotional.My God given purpose in life is to inspire and motivate humanity to discover their authenticity by introducing them to themselves. God has empowered me to accomplish this mission in ministry as a bible teacher, motivational Keynote Speaker, Academic Coach and Life Coach, fashion designer, the culinary arts and poetry.

I am certified through the CCA- Christian Counseling Association as an acute stress, grief and trauma Counselor.
