I am a Serviced Accommodation operator in the Heathrow Airport area using the rent to rent strategy.

I have also acquired three properties on an option for £1 each and we are currently in the process of applying for planning permission to build 14 flats.

I have been involved in property for 30 years previously buying run down properties living in them and refurbing and extending them and selling on for a profit.

I am a qualified bookkeeper specialising in bookkeeping and financial management for the property and construction industries.
