Born & bred in London. Gentle giant of a man. Husband & father to two glorious daughters; three beautiful women.

Coach, resilience thought leader, speaker & writer.

Founder of GIANT – giantlifeskills.com – both a business & a movement to help us to be bigger inside than life is outside, where we discover the audacity to face challenges that would ordinarily make us feel small.

Fascinated by leadership & personal development.
