In 2016 I was 3️⃣1️⃣1️⃣ lbs with a list of weight related health issues High Blood Pressure / Sleep Apnea / Pre-Diabetes / Low Testosterone just to name a few.

And at the age of 5️⃣3️⃣ I lost 1️⃣2️⃣2️⃣lbs. in 7️⃣ months “Naturally” 🏋🏾🥦🍎🥗 & reversed my health issues with the “Power of Choice”.

By Consistently Working out 🏋🏾, Committing to Good Nutrition 🥗🥦🍎 and having a Community to keep me Motivated and Accountable.

This Transformation Journey wasn’t easy , but I used a Growth Mindset to create ways and products to stay motivated , manage pain , help recovery and not lose my mind eating boring foods 🍲 .

I helped myself and I have helped others realize “It’s Never to Late to be Healthy & Great!!!
