Hey, I’m Ricky! I’m an award-winning professional magician of The Magic Circle, behavioural trainer, speaker and host of the successful Unlocked podcast.

With an extensive background in Retail leadership, colleague development & training. Over the last 15 years, I have been on the front line performing, serving, studying and putting to practice the simple formula of how to create a magical customer experience for my clients.
