After 20 years in organizing & productivity consulting, doing TV and radio, speaking, writing and corporate training, I realized my strength is helping create transformation.

My coaching work unearths limiting beliefs, facilitates new thinking and creates transformation for individuals and teams.

In 2020, I lost my marriage, two homes and a business I loved. In the midst of that upheaval, I dropped 30 pounds and built muscle I never imagined possible, creating the health, energy and strength I had always wanted but could never achieve. I now use the same formula to help individuals and teams create new results.
