I am the Co-founder of Brothers Helping Brothers men’s support group in Baltimore City.

I am also certified as an Prepare & Enrich Martial Coach for couples.

I am Poly Allied and have over 20 plus years of working with couples in Polygamous and Open relationships.

My Theoretical framework incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Spiritual base approaches.
