Talking Through Tough Topics - Mental Health is important on Clubhouse

I wanted a space safe to empower mental health! Talking about it does heal in many ways! This room is a space to talk about and through traumatic events and taboo topics that aren’t considered “socially accepted”; topics may include things that make others uncomfortable due to lack of knowledge and exposure! These discussions will help those who are directly impacted, expose those to topics that make them uncomfortable, and allow room for healing and positive mental stability.
Be Mindful and Respectful : Everyone here has a story and has their testimony. Please allow them time to speak without interruption and blurt outs. Be courteous of their feelings and their opinions.
Show love ❤️ : This is an open space to meet others connect and empower one another. Follow each other, tap in with one another! Network and connect; there are people all over willing to help and provide resources.
Be open to receive and to give: Be vulnerable if you have opted to speak; share your truth. Be receptive to feedback and assistance. If you’re listening and wish to not speak out loud; reach out to those who you feel can help you!
