Hi My name is Sabrina. I am 48 years old. And I work on myself everyday. I try to be one percent better every day mentally physically financially and spiritually. All my life I was called the fat girl. My biggest weight was 356 pounds. Nothing changed until I change my mindset. If there are any of you out there that need some advice let’s talk. Yes I had the gastric bypass surgery in 2001 I went from 356 to 176lbs had a baby in 2008 and gained all my weight back. I had a co-worker say Sabrina your fat again. WOW , I looked at my self and I was that fat girl again. . So I don’t blame losing weight on the surgery or should I say give credit. I had to change my mindset and that change my life. I had to learn to eat right and workout. I am 48 and I weigh 125lbs. I Love me…. That’s where it starts Loving You!!
