Personally, I am a woman of integrity, funny, smart, empathic and intuitive. I am in excellent health, in a long-term relationship, mother to a grown up, living in a small home in nature about 20 minutes outside Boston, MA.
Professionally, I had a psychotherapy practice for over 30 years when I changed to being an Emotional Intelligence Educator.
I teach people how to understand their emotional intelligence.
I call it Plan C Strategies and it begins with these three steps:
Breathe in. Breathe out.
Smile.
It’s NOT what’s happening, it’s how YOU handle it.
The magic is in steps 4 and 5:
Identify and define your values.
All of your actions are expressions of your values.
I teach you how to handle it.
All of IT.
