I believe the two most important things to consider are:
1. Who you choose to have in your life.
2. How you choose to engage with them.

I believe we all have have finite time and infinite choice, and unless we are intentional with our time, our choices will ultimately be made FOR us.

I believe setting boundaries is hard, but pretending that everything is “okay” is detrimental.

I believe you are the average of the five people you spend most of your time with.

I believe one of the strongest power sources is women supporting women.

I am here to listen, learn, and connect.

-I’d rather stub my toe everyday for the rest of my life than have small talk with people.
-I was hardcore gluten free and vegan for about seven years.
-One of the hardest things I ever had to do was tell my dad, while he was in prison, that his father passed away.
-I enjoy exploring the questions that do not have answers.
-I ❤️ Hot Yoga
-I can name almost any song I know by hearing the first 1-5 seconds.
-I drink Water, Tea, and Beer (not always in that order 🤣)
-I have a tattoo inspired by the🇲🇨 Balinese philosophy “Tri Hita Karana”
-I fully enjoyed pregnancy and natural birth.
-I left my mom and her addictions when I was ten years old and didn’t really have a relationship with here again until I was in college.
-I traded my identity and unconditional love (mom) for stability and structure (dad and step mom)...and I’m still living with that choice.
-I am mixed but was fully raised as a white girl. (African American, Puerto Rican, White)
