Patrick’s way-too-long bio:
Patrick was born and raised on the island of Guam and then attended Northwestern University where he nearly froze to death that first winter.
After returning to Guam and working for 3 years in video production he was accepted into the prestigious USC School of Cinematic Arts MFA program and has made LA his home ever since. His thesis film, “The Business Card” was an award-winning short that had the distinction of being the first student film ever sold to an airline for in-flight entertainment.
“Pope Dreams”, Patrick’s feature debut, won 11 Best Film awards and aired on the Lifetime Network.
His 2019 romantic sci-fi short film,“Virtually”, screened at 45 festivals around the world and won over 30 awards, including 13 best film awards, and is available to rent on Amazon Prime Video. His newest short film, the horror/sci-fi “Killing Time” will come out in 2021.
Patrick has developed several feature scripts with notable producers, among them Wyck Godfrey, Paula Wager and John Shestack. Current scripts in development include a romantic-thriller, a comedic-action film and two supernatural TV pilots.
In addition, Patrick is a highly accomplished sound editor with more than 100 television shows and movies to his credits. He’s earned 10 Emmy nominations and 3 Golden Reel Awards for his work on such shows as HBO’s “Six Feet Under” and Fox’s “Family Guy”. He is currently the supervising sound editor on CW’s “Roswell, New Mexico”, Netflix’s “Maid” and the smash hits “Cobra Kai” and “Umbrella Academy”.
