Completed 500hr Yoga and Ayurvedic at Kripalu (2015) Over 5000 hours taught past 12+ years. Also certified in yin, Myofascial release, Prenatal Yoga, restorative, Mindfulness, and Yoga Nidra. MS in Yoga Therapy at MUIH and finishing clinical studies. (July 2021).
