My latest opinions which I would love to talk to people about exploring answers to 🤓:

1. WHY do we still use CV’s + Job Descriptions? 🤨
They say static tools focused on ‘what’ you have done or will do, completely missing who you are + how you work + why you do what you do (the real drivers of your individual + collective success)

2. WHY do credit cards still exist? 🙄
People who need the credit, shouldn’t get a card and those who love the card, don’t need the credit. All it achieves is confusion for your spending habits or getting people into debt they don’t need. Surely someone needs to positively disrupt this space 🤷🏻‍♂️

3. WHY do paper receipts still exist?
Paying through your phone to receive a paper receipt is ridiculous 🤒 The paper wastage + cost savings alone would be HUGE. The rich data could also fuel so many positive outcomes for everyone (including retailers / merchants) are not connected.
