My name is Norma Mngoma, I was born and raised in Kwa-Zulu Natal South Africa. I am a motivational speaker, business executive, director of Zefara (PTY)LTD, board member of Crystal Hub and an advisory member committee of Brics CCI young leaders.I have experience in information technology and the chairperson of the Norma Mngoma foundation. The Noma Mngoma foundation is a non profit organisation that assists school children with career guidance and also offers bursaries to deserving young academics from previously disadvantaged communities. I am passionate about issues that relate to women empowerment in South Africa. My dream for South Africa is to see every child having an opportunity to learn and further their education and women having equal rights and opportunities in their work space those are the things that I am truly passionate about.
