Bio

I’m starting a consulting firm specializing in diversity, equity and inclusion.

Inclusion matters to me because of my story. When I reentered civilian life 2 years after experiencing combat as a 19 year old medic, I was lost. Many veterans find themselves in the same place. I bounced around for a while and eventually took a position as a hot shot firefighter. They were the first professional community that truly included me. They saw me in a way nobody had before, believed in me and included me in their mission. They gave me the courage I needed to finally face the challenges in my life.

Since then, I’ve linked up with a community of individuals and we've developed methods for how other professional communities can replicate that miracle and we're ready to put those methods to work.
