🌱I am Health & Wellness passionate. Our bodies are amazing!! I am FASCINATED with how the human body works. Family herbalist and advocate of listening to your body. We are the most amazing “machines” ever created. Feeling “OK”is not the plan! You were created to feel amazing and if you don’t, there is reason, and you can change that!
