I’m an Afro Indigenous/Afro Seminole woman from Harlem, NYC living in Chicago for the past 5 years. I go back and forth between both cities.

B.S. - Exercise and Sports Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning and a minor in Sports Nutrition, University of Delaware

Been teaching a class called “Sensual Strength Training” to women since 2007. This class teaches women how to use Crystal eggs to connect to, strengthen and get more control of their pelvic floor muscles. The class also includes dances of the African Diaspora to get women to connect to their hips and get control of their hips to release trauma, move kundalini energy and get more control of their sacred center. The third part includes teaching women why strength training for the entire body is important.

I also teach a similar class for men called “Kundalini Strength Training”.

I have been involved in Sacred Sexual Education for over 20 yrs and I am an advocate for women’s reproductive rights in it’s full spectrum.

I am a birth worker specializing in helping women prepare for and recover from childbirth. I have studied sobada (mesoamerican womb massage) techniques and I believe in womb based fitness.

I am a forever student of the dances and rhythms of the African Diaspora, particularly in the America’s and the Congo.

I have a holistic approach to fitness and nutrition. I believe in ancestral ways and traditional foods. I have worked with clients of all backgrounds.

I am a serious believer in Cannabis Medicine in all of it’s forms.

I am also in the STR and Turo space.
