I beleive in an Alternative way of doing business. The core of this way of thinking is to redefine ‘success’ and ‘growth’ away from the normal world view. A business man is successful only if he can sleep well at the end of the day. His idea, his product and it’s delivery has to be the best to begin with but that’s not all. He must be able to make his venture profitable and be able to have staying power using scientific temper but that’s not all either. His business must have a human touch in all he does even if it dents the bottom line. Money made is great but how much of it is never the sole focus. The higher values of ethical clean business, compassion and family time are welcome to eat into the bottom line. In short.... work hard enough to have a good enough life where you would have also touched the lives of all who work for you and do business with you.
