I grew up hunting, fishing and foraging in Minnesota. These are enriching activities that connect us to nature. My mission is to promote a more diverse and inclusive community that can experience the wonders found in the outdoors. I believe these activities can also highlight the imperative of clean water, healthy habitat and robust wildlife.

Unfortunately there are often lots of hurdles to getting into these activities, and this is where the Modern Carnivore community comes into play. We help knock down the barriers through conversation, learning and sometimes a little fun.
