As Ghanaians/Africans 🇬🇭 we normalize and condone “Narcissistic Abuse” from our parents/elders. Does that make you uncomfortable? Well good, because abuse is not comfortable, and honestly parents should NEVER treat their children like they aren’t human beings! The question is why do we continue to tolerate this treatment when we know it’s wrong? Maybe it’s because that’s all we’ve known... well I’m here to help break that cycle, and use my pain as fuel to empower others. Even though I’ve been through the worst storms, I will NEVER allow it to break me! I have a purpose here on earth which WILL be fulfilled.
