🙏🏽 2009, at 17 years old, I had an attempted suicide but I didn't seek mental health care because I didn't even know what mental health was.
✋🏽 2016 I had a mental breakdown at the height of my career. That led to being diagnosed with PTSD from Childhood sexual abuse & eventually losing my job.
🧠 2018 I finally began healing through EMDR therapy and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
💸 2019 with no college degree or business network I stepped into my purpose. Changing the mental health conversation in the corporate space by telling my story on LinkedIn.
🤝 2022 Collaborated with LinkedIn to elevate mental health conversations.
