- Working with global brands such as Facebook, Salesforce and Lululemon to support mental fitness, performance and optimise wellbeing.

- Combat Pest Control, Co-founder. All our team are members of the Military community. We have provided 1000s of days of education, therapy, housing and nutrition to children in conflict. We protect our clients and we support/advocate the positive impact our injured service personnel can have on society.

- Lululemon ambassador. Proud to support this amazing community that so passionately support me to develop those who I serve.

- Mental Health Swims. Passionate open water and wild swimmer. I also host the first MH swims Military and Emergency service’s swim group in Sunbury-on-Thames.

- 15 years combined Military and Fire Service experience.

- Regularly speak at corporate, government and academic events. From key notes at large social media companies to chairing smaller panel discussions at museums. I also present film, host podcast and take breath work seminars.
