Inspired by childhood memories of her grandfather, a renowned baker in Iran and her mother, Paris Rezaei, the founder and CEO, established Maison de La Fork in 2012 to create the most unique and unforgettable cakes and pastries.
Today, she is well known for her infused unique recipes drawn from her deeply rooted heritage combined with western delectibles. She is a visionary recipe developer with a unique sense of seeing the full picture before it is developed. Her artistic talents take you on an incredible culinary journey and deliver a transcending, full sensory experience.
Her specialty, Persian cookies, hold at the same time, the authenticity of their originality while joyfully embracing the newly revised versions of themselves.
