I’ve been blessed to create a thriving career portfolio around what I love. My work as a food consultant puts me in front of many great chefs and operators. My work as a realtor feeds my need to help people find their place in the world. Both of these positions revolve around a sense of community. Where you live and where you eat!
A little more about me:
I graduated from culinary school and cooked in some really amazing fast paced fine dining restaurants. I was so grateful to have the opportunity to Extern with chef Dan Barber and Chef Michael Anthony at Blue Hill, NYC. I was baptized by fire at China Grill on summer break. I was fortunate to learn so much cooking with Starr Boggs in Westhampton Beach. My favorite way to cook would be seasonal, fresh, farm to fork cuisine.
My Bachelors is in psychology. I love reading about theories of motivation and social psych. My thesis was about healthy eating intentions!
Interests:
