Jade is Founder & CEO of Victory of the People Movement which provides solutions to replacing anti-black racism with a system of justice in education, politics, and media. She also consults as an anti-racism trainer and problem solver within a variety of educational institutions.
Jade is a native Washingtonian and graduate of Temple University with majors in African American Studies and English, and a Master’s in Secondary Education. She is a former high school teacher and youth leadership development facilitator.
As a voting member of the Kings Democratic County Committee representing New York State’s 43rd Assembly District, Jade advocates for equity in education as well as housing and criminal justice reform. Jade Arrindell is the national Vice Chair of Administration of the National Black United Front and is a contributor on Fly Nubian Queen Network.
