My passion is to help people to start running and find confidence through an amazing community of likeminded runners and an awesome group of coaches! Everyone has the potential to be a runner!

I am looking to work with charities/schools/businesses that would like to use running as a form of improving mental and physical health.

I work with an amazing team of coaches in running, strength & conditioning, nutrition, mindset and sports therapy to help all abilities of runner, particularly those just starting out! 🏃‍♀️🏃

I’m the runner that was always doing it wrong - and when running took on a new lease of life in lockdown, I wanted to create somewhere safe for the new or returning runner to hang out.
