In my early days I was a High End Competitive Swimmer, who later in life moved into CrossFit. As a competitor and Owner Liam found Keto and realised for 30+ years he had been taught and was practicing a lifestyle that was not fuelling him optimally for winning in life let alone sport.
Now my goal is to help educate people so they can win in all aspects of life and become metabolically flexible 💪🏻
