I help individuals see themselves: their beliefs, mindsets, and automatic responses. I serve as a mirror to those I coach, helping them reflect on what is and isn’t working in the ways they are showing up in life. I believe that individuals already have everything they need to be their most authentic and powerful selves. The defense mechanisms we develop in life often cloud what is most uniquely valuable in us, so I facilitate coaching conversations that center around reclaiming the gold within.
