Welcome to the home of jungian typology. This club was designed, not as a formal school, but as a space to allow members to discuss jungian typologies and theories with others, whatever school of thought you come from< MBTI, JCF, or socionics.Please feel free to start your own rooms, because the more discussions the better. The only requirement to join the club is that you have an interest in Jungean typologies, no matter if you are a scholar or a newly acquainted student. All the typologies have in common that they have descendance in Carl Gustav Jung’s ‘psychological types’, wherein Jung proposes 8 types of characteristics, or cognitive functions, that one can embody. There are several several models that are now being developed, including western jung and eastern jung also known as Socionics. All offline schools of thoughts are welcomed that are connected to actual schools. If you’re interested in Jungian Typology E.G. Jungian Cognitive Functions (JCF) MBTI (Meyers-brigs) russian eastern socionics, and I will allow attitudenal psyche, this is the place for you. Russian sources are welcomed as well. This club is for deep contemplation, deep self-work, and theoretical discussion of the theory.
Battle typing is not generally allowed: Battle typing is only permitted if an individual specifically requests to be battle typed. Respect where people are in their growth and knowledge of the systems.
Respect all jungian typology that is recognized.: I discourage using secondary sources on the internet as your only source, as information can be muddled and simplified. Don\t trash theories or models because you dislike them; debate constructively.
No stereotyping: Every type brings something to the table; nontheless there are tuns of stupid stereotypes circulating around on forums. Don’t fall into the trap of simplification.
