✨ The purpose of this club is to provide a positive space in which to have fun, thoughtful discussions about how we can use tools and frameworks to help improve our lives and relationships.

Everyone is valuable and worthy.: There is no personality type, trait, or strength, etc., that is inherently better than another. All are neutral and equally valuable.
Everyone deserves to be listened to fully.: In order for everyone to be heard and for ease of listening, one person will speak at a time. (Of course, applauding with mics and validating comments or shared laughter are welcome!)
Lead with curiosity and seek to understand.: Disagreements are integral to our growth and development, so let’s stay curious and respectful of one another in times when we may not fully understand or agree with one another. ❤️
