✨ The purpose of this club is to provide a positive space in which to have fun, thoughtful discussions about how we can use tools and frameworks to help improve our lives and relationships.

Everyone deserves to be listened to fully.: In order for everyone to be heard and for ease of listening, one person will speak at a time. (Of course, applauding with mics and validating comments or shared laughter are welcome!)
Lead with curiosity and seek to understand.: Disagreements are integral to our growth and development, so let’s stay curious and respectful of one another in times when we may not fully understand or agree with one another. ❤️
