Bio

In 1992, Bill began helping entrepreneurs focus their businesses for success. As a commercial lending executive, Bill went on to lead his bank’s workout teams through the Great Recession before becoming the regional credit director for the second largest independent bank in Florida. Bill is a former Marine Corps combat logistician and was awarded the McLaughlin Award by the Florida Economic Development Council for his leadership in emergency lending.

West Advisory was formed in March 2020 to provide financial support services to businesses impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. Bill and his team have worked with almost 600 companies helping them restart and restructure for success, These efforts resulted in over 2000 jobs saved while distributing $2.1MM in COVID-19 business relief funds for a local municipality.

Prior to starting West Advisory, Bill led the turnaround of a much loved local non-profit, Molly’s House. Molly's House is a healthcare hospitality house, a hotel for patients and their families. When he took on the assignment, the non-profit had lost over $100M per year for over ten years. After years of building systems processes and results, the company had net income of over $1.1MM in 2019 and an operating reserve of almost $2MM. We also pulled off five fun annual polo tournaments.
