Grief is the darkest and most painful experience in life 💔, it can leave you feeling totally shattered.

Everyone is unique and we all grieve differently.

Like the Japanese art Kintsuigi which puts broken pieces of a bowl back together with Gold 💫. I believe it’s my souls purpose in life to empower you to rebuild your shattered life and put your broken pieces back together.

I believe that grief has 3 parts, the 1st is the loss, the 2nd is the mess in the middle and the 3rd is the rebuilding of your life.

I use an Integrated form of Psychotherapy & Counselling 🗣, and support you through the grieving process.
I then guide, encourage and coach you to move forward with your life in a healthy way 💚

I unfortunately lost my husband 💔when I was 39, and had 2 young children at the time.

Unfortunately no one teaches us about death 💔 and it’s really a subject people avoid.

I do believe that suppressed grief can cause your body to go into Dis-ease.

I suppressed my grief with sugar 🍫🍪🍩 & shopping 🛍 and became so dependent on both.

I support my clients to see the light 💡 after being stuck in a very dark hole 🕳
