My goal for single female 🏡homeowners is to be able to:
· take care of your 💰investment
· be proactive with 🏡 home 🛠maintenance instead of waiting until an issue turns into an expensive problem
· know what you can handle yourself and when you need to hire help
· walk into a home improvement store and know what you’re
looking for. NO NEED FOR MANSPLAINING! 😡
· talk to a plumber, electrician, or other tradesperson with
confidence
· if you do hire a contractor, know enough so that you don’t get ripped off
· prove to yourself and anyone who ever doubted your abilities that YOU. CAN. DO. THIS.
· have your neighbors drive by and think “wow, she really knows how to take care of a home” 👏

I don’t want single female homeowners to:
· feel overwhelmed when walking into a home improvement store
· feel helpless when your 🚽 toilet starts leaking
· feel lost when a plumber talks about replacing your P trap
· put up with a rising 🥵 heat bill because your front door is drafty
· keep looking at dingy almond-colored light switches when what you really want is white ones 🤗
· have your neighbors drive by and think “oh, poor gal, she’s in way over her head”

My mantra my kids are probably tired of hearing:
Base your actions and decisions on 1) respecting others, 2) respecting yourself, and 3) respecting property. Oh, and stay well-hydrated.
