📍 I do not teach white people. Their proficient understanding of interpersonal racism and conscious utilization of whiteness is evidenced by their effective participation/navigation in mainstream society.
📍I only discuss Black trauma in Black spaces(rare exception for medical discussions). White people are conditioned to deny Black humanity from toddlerhood. Discussions centered around these topics are ineffective in my experience. The same applies to the trauma of other nonwhite peoples.
