๐ป It is awesome to lead a human connection experience with the vibration of joy. We lead laughter yoga sessions for people of all walks of life and all ages. Laughter yoga is healing for the mind, body, and soul. Laughter yoga can be done during celebrations or to help alleviate stress, anger, loneliness, anxiety, comfort with loss, pain, depression and more. Most importantly, laughter yoga allows the opportunity to experience the present moment.ย
