In addition to nerding out on QiGong, Classical Chinese Medicine/Cosmology, Acupuncture and Yang Sheng related things like seasonal living, I also keep bees, chickens, have a big garden, an obsession for growing edibles, a love of foraging wild foods, and penchant for fermenting stuff (sourdough, kombucha, sauerkraut, etc), a love of stargazing, sitting in the sauna, music (playing, singing, but especially dancing to), gaming (HotS), and many many more rabbit holes I go down because I’m interested in far too many subjects ;)
