I lead the Talent Acquisition efforts for Broker Sourcing and Engagement in the Eastern Region of the United States, from Boston to South Florida.  My focus is finding top talent to join Colliers, partnering with Market Leaders to achieve data driven goals to enhance their high powered leasing and sales teams. I also serve as the Co-Leader and founder of the Employee Resource Group Pillar for the North America Diversity & Inclusion Program, and oversee key projects for the Veterans Initiative in the United States for Colliers. I also manage the recruitment relationship between Colliers and Project REAP, a  program with a mission to advance diversity, equity and inclusion in the commercial real estate industry through education, mentorship, and partnerships.
