⚡️I’m a former therapist turned relationship coach and I believe in YOU and your capacity to make your life better. I’ve lived the stuff I help others navigate.

💃 I believe we can all grow into self-love, feeling more joy and making the world a better place!

💞 I work with individuals and couples who want to create more loving, secure relationships. I have specialities in sex and intimacy, stepfamilies, midlife couples, and helping women get unstuck in their intimate relationships so they can feel truly loved.

🔥 I’m passionate about using an approach called IFS (Internal Family Systems) to help people get unstuck, experience self-love, grow their spirituality, heal their past wounds, and create the life they truly want for themselves.

🌲 I live with my husband and three teens in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

🎤 In my free time I love to sing and play out at local watering holes.
