I have worked as a designer for the last 25 years. I’ve been lucky to have worked with some incredible people on some amazing brands. After our family was affected by cancer, it put everything into perspective. It was a huge shock. Finding a balance between work and parenting responsibilities let alone my own mental health was tough. For me it meant redefining myself as a Dad & Husband too (almost a re-brand!).

Overnight my priorities changed & I had a different perspective to life. I am passionate about promoting men’s mental health and have a strong desire to be the best version of myself I can be.
