With the help of Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy I completed my first 24 hours endurance run in March 2021 covering approx 120km and 5,518m (18,209ft) of elevation (Base camp of Everest equivalent).

I worked as a senior Manager for a multi site retailer in the UK for 30+ years but decided to take a early retirement to focus on my fitness and mental health.

I am a member of Dignity in Dying as I believe all individuals should have the choice to die a good death and not suffer through palliative and terminal illness.
