Healing from 💔 chronic trauma
through ❤️‍🔥 art, ✍️ writing, 💃🏻 movement, 🧘🏻mindfulness, 🦋recovery groups, 🗣counseling, and 🍄plant medicine.

I invite creatives to join me on the healing journey by connecting to our bodies and learning about our nervous system.

In here for the late bloomer, the timid, the tired, the burnt out, the stuck, the frozen, the distracted, and the brand new creative who needs a gentler way to move forward into their authentic expression of life.

I customize workshops for budding creatives of all ages and coping-skill workshops for community members dealing with the cumulative stress of modern-day living.
