Spirituality is living the principles that all faiths teach us . My higher power is loving, kind, compassionate, forgiving and empathetic- God as I understand that word doesn’t demand that I feel right about my faith and judge yours to be wrong. He loves all and wars don’t need to be fought over his definition by people.
Vision - take the high road where possible
Action - don’t hurt , verbally, physically or emotionally
Goal- more centred people, less abuse
Gratitude is an attitude that brings Joy
I don’t need to be right about anything, but I do strongly believe your God is my God is our God . Let’s celebrate that
Let’s feed the fight against fear FFF
Loving animals is a prerequisite character trait I look for and love in others
