Words are important. The words we use and the words we don't use both have an effect on how others perceive, understand and comprehend our messages. This is a safe space to help you to reduce and in some cases remove filler words and phrases like "um", "ah" and "you know". We will peel back the layers that result in rushed words and being uncomfortable with silence.
