Seven steps to increase happiness:
Savoring-take the time to really focus and appreciate the things each day which bring you joy
Gratitude-take 5 to 10 minutes each night to write in a gratitude journal that which you are grateful for
Acts of Kindness-do at least one kind act for someone each day
Social Connection-Take a few minutes each day to talk to a stranger or acquaintance. Spend at least an hour each week deepening a connection with a friend or loved one.
Meditation-Try for 30 minutes. I prefer Loving Kindness Meditation but find what works for you
Exercise-Try for at least 30 minutes each day
Sleep-Donāt use your phone before sleep, get at least 7 hours, focus on gratitude before sleeping
