Dan Keeley is one of the UK's leading mental health activists and keynote speakers on a mission to empower the UK to speak up when we’re suffering.

In 2017, after a full-scale psychotic episode in Italy and a 5-year battle with bipolar disorder, Dan ran 1250-miles in 65-days from the Colosseum in Rome back to the London Eye to celebrate his journey of recovery on a national scale and inspire thousands of others to speak up about their own personal battles.

Now Dan is a one of the UK’s most sought-after keynote speakers who continues to harness his lived-experiences to inspire others by delivering powerful & immersive live talks with global organisations, conferences, schools and social enterprises dedicated to improving the mental-wellbeing of their teams and their communities.
