✅ Welcome to Pathfinders Central.

We believe in the power of knowing who you are, what you believe in and why those things matter.

🧠We host conversations that help people develop a sense of their own values (what they believe in), their identity (who they are seen as) and their purpose (what they are driven to do). We like to say that these three things, Values Identity & Purpose, are the “real VIP” worth caring about.

There are too many stories of people suffering for too long, hitting rock bottom or experiencing despair before they finally confront the things that make them feel that way. We exist to encourage and support people and organisations to understand what’s important before that happens, and hopefully early enough that it helps to make a positive difference for them.

👥 PEOPLE and 🏭 ORGANISATIONS can both benefit when they know their VIP.

PEOPLE who know their VIP

☑️ Feel confident and fulfilled in their daily lives
☑️ Are consistent in what they believe and what they do

ORGANISATIONS who know their VIP (and encourage their people to know theirs)

☑️ Appeal directly to customers and collaborators who share their values
☑️ Communicate more clearly

We partner with other Clubs, People and Organisations who believe in some aspect of what we believe in so that we can all make a difference together.
Be Inquisitive: We encourage everyone to be inquisitive, to listen, to question, to seek to understand and to discover. Share your knowledge, experiences and opinions but also look for what you can in other people’s.
Be Inclusive: It’s a big world, and the next big “wow” moment might just come from someone or somewhere you weren’t expecting. We expect all Club members to welcome others regardless of sameness or difference.
Contribute Freely: This is a place to both hear and be heard. Sometimes you will want to listen, and sometimes you will want to contribute. If you have something you want to share know that anyone can request to speak 🗣
