😃 I’m a mum of 2 sons and a business owner

🤲🏻 I’m an experienced Advanced Creative Hypnotherapist. Established over 10 years running my own practice.
🤝 I work 1:1 and in groups with adolescents and adults
🙌🏼 I’ve also studied and qualified in Reiki, a Shamanic Practitioner, breathwork and Energy Healing.
🙌🏼 In service passionate about helping people to make positive changes in their life, to let go of what they no longer need.
🤝 Helping people to re-connect, a coming back home to a sense of self. Fitter, healthier, stronger, emotionally, physically and spiritually!
😊 Working with any issue, I especially work with parts and inner child, anxiety, depression, fears, phobias, self worth value, feeling stuck, stop smoking.

❤️ The outdoors walking/hiking is my medicine as is music and laughter
